Sayanista's Delight

Can't stop, won't stop, I must be dreaming.

INTRAMURALS - An oasis in the middle of a dessert in the life of students. Two days to prove our aptitude in sports. Ah, how blessed us, Sayanistas were, to have it again this year.
.
The day that we've been waiting for has come. Basketball, volleyball, badminton, sack race, patintero and more. We were given again this chance to prove our adroitness because of sports. Aside from that, it is now time for us to enjoy our high school lives. Two days of setting aside our studies is really a great help to us. Although it is a competition and there's an exchange grade if we will win.

It builds a rapport in us even though we are from different levels. The bond that has been built among students will get tighter than before. We may win and we may also lose. As long as we're enjoying and we're feeling the essence of sports, intramurals will always leave a great mark in the hearts of students. This sports event will be a bulky mark in us because even just once in a school year, we were able enjoy our studies.

Speak Now

"Ang hindi magmahal sa sariling wika, mahigit sa hayop at malansang isda, kaya ang matapat pagyamaning kusa, na tulad sa inang tunay na nagpala."

Language is very momentous because it helps us in communicating. Fluency of the English language or fluency in our mother tongue? Which one would I embrace? Envisage the ascendancy between the two for us to weigh which is which.

Almost everywhere I'm looking, English language is the main medium used. Not just in the Philippines, but also worldwide. It's pandemic. Through this, people worldwide were able to communicate with ataraxia. But how about our mother tongue? As what our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal said, we must love our native language. Most of the Filipinos nowadays are no longer that fluent in our own lexicon. That's one of DepEd's reasons for implementing the use of the native tongue.

Some may say that fluency in english is better than the mastery of our native or mother tongue. But for me, I'll choose the mastery of our mother tongue. It would be easier to study other languages if you've already mastered your own language. It will not only let us understand our culture but it will also help us to comprehend better. Love your mother tongue.

Pain

I was taciturn and coy. When I was a young girl, I consistently had dreams about buffoons and grungy hags. Since then, I unceasingly felt vacuous.

I was so garrulous before. It became obnoxious and that made me conspicuous. I hate all my parents' tautologies. I'm overdosed with the apothegms that they throw on me everyday. If I was given a chance to change who my parents were, I would. I really dislike them. I never had a wonderful rapport with them. I never did feel consanguineous with my siblings. All damn day, and all damn night, all I do was to suffer. I wish I wasn't even born.

Until now, my life is still rambunctious. My whole family considers me as a black sheep because they say I'm contumacious. Yes, because my whole life is a living hell. A hell full of faitours. You don't know my story so don't you dare judge me. Now, I'm just waiting for the day that somebody would probably realize how much I worth and just be unanimous with me.
