To Be or Not To Be

To be or not to be, that is the question
To find the answers I seek beneath the lies
Sleeping tight at night unaware of truth
When will I know the answers to my question?

To be or not to be, that is the question
To seek vengeance and to decide his own fate
Or to let God bring judgement upon his soul?
No matter what I choose, I will be ready.

To be or not to be, that is the question
Right now as I seek the answer, I will wait
Weighing my options as I choose what is right
Will avengement and hate cloud my own judgement?

Errors

The Comedy of Errors. From the title itself, is it really funny? Lots of questions have entered my mind the first time I heard about the title of this piece.

The Comedy of Errors is considered one of the earliest plays of William Shakespeare. It is the shortest and one of his most farcical comedies with only 16 258 words. It is about the story of two long lost twin brothers who were mistaken by their identities and only recognized by the place they were from. It became funny because of the delusions all throughout the play.

I tried to read the summary of this piece a day before our classmates would discuss it. At first glance, I found it boring because I cannot understand anything. I asked my classmate to narrate the story to me so that I will be able to understand it but I wasn't really able to tolerate on it. Tons of puzzlement ran throughout my mind because of the perplexity I was experiencing from the characters. We had our class discussion the next day. At last, I was able to altercate the whole story when our teacher broke down everything.

Life is two-riffic with twins. Especially, when they really look alike. You will not be able to know who is who. I spent too much time wondering which of identical twins is the more alike. All in all, The Comedy of Errors jumbled me.

En-Si-Ey-I

Yey! I'm now in my third year in high school. Two more years and I will be entering college. But until now, I wasn't still able to know what course I will be going to take. Planning is a part of preparing ourselves for our future. I need to decide now what I would be when I step in the real world.

Few days ago, we had our National Career Assessment Examination or NCAE. It is one of the government's tools to know students' strengths. Is it really helpful? Our teachers told us that we should take this seriously even though there is no need for us to have a review for this exam. They said that through this, us, students, will be guided in the vicinity of our future. Some said that this examination was just useless because these papers can't dictate to us what we are heading towards. But for me, it would.

Up until now, I'm still undecided of what I will be someday. A soldier, a pilot, an accountant, or whatever. My future still depends on me. Right this time, I am waiting for the results of my NCAE for my career guidance. I'm hoping that the results will take me to the right path.
